On May 31, 2005, Jardon and Howard Technologies, Inc. (JHT Inc.) was selected as a prime contractor under the U. S. Navy's SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Program. On January 30, 2014, JHT received its new Seaport-e contract which now enables JHT to respond as a prime contractor to Small Business (SB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) solicitations under this vehicle. The Navy's Virtual System Command (VS) consisting of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Command (NAVSUP), and Space and Naval Warfare Command (SPAWAR) has leveraged the successes and efficiencies of the NAVSEA SeaPort business model to design SeaPort-e to be the vehicle of choice to obtain engineering, technical, and program management services from JHT and our subcontractors.
